Mediatek plus Light Scribe
This time, Hewlett Packard has launched SATA DVD Writer with additional technologies developed by their own, that is Light Scribe. On this writer, HP still believe the chipset on its Mediatek. Mediatek is the type mounted MT1869L.
This is a burner multi writer. This means that this burner can read and burn all types of DVD and CD. With UDMA 4 transfer mode, the buffer is implemented on the drive is 2 MB.
While VGA Review test, propellant PIF is able to produce a low on-chip dual layer and single layer. Unlike HP DVD 1060i, this burner can burn DVD-R 16x better, PIF maximum is obtained 2.
